Assist AI Agency LLC (“Assist AI Agency”) provides AI-powered automation systems designed for home service businesses. By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Agreement: Assist AI Agency provides customized automation solutions for lead response, appointment scheduling, and customer communication. The service is provided on a subscription basis, and fees are due monthly.
2. Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use the AI systems for any purpose other than the automation of lead management and customer engagement for your home service business. Unauthorized redistribution of the software is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in the AI automation software and related documentation are owned by Assist AI Agency. You may only use the software for your own business operations.
4. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Assist AI Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the automation systems. The maximum liability shall be limited to the total fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
5. Changes to Terms: Assist AI Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alpharetta, GA.
